Keith Patrick Brockie
Potter
Keith Brockie received his B.A. in Art from California State University San Bernardino in Ceramics in 1995. He has been creating Ceramic artwork for nearly 18 years beginning locally at Corona High School. He currently is the Visual and Performing Arts Department Chairman and teaches Sculpture and Ceramics at Arroyo Valley High School in San Bernardino. He also is adjunct faculty at California State University San Bernardino in the Art Education Department.
Keith will bring the tradition of Pottery and Ceramic Arts to Corona Heritage Park. His work alternates between functional mugs, bowls, and jars to sculptural forms that integrate industry and human figures. He hopes to offer a pressure free environment for local residents to learn about and explore the clay medium.
